1. Our Flat-Pack Guarantee (No Rolled Posters) We refuse to roll your prints into tubes. All our A4 and A3 art prints are shipped 100% flat inside heavy-duty, rigid manila board-backed envelopes. This guarantees your artwork arrives in pristine condition, without a single crease, and ready to frame or hang instantly. (Please note: We sell unframed art prints. Any frames shown in our photos are for illustrative purposes).
2. Order Processing Time We aim to dispatch all orders quickly. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be printed, carefully packed, and shipped from our studio in Spain.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We proudly ship across Europe. We offer the following shipping options (applied automatically at checkout):
- Spain: Standard Shipping: 2.90€ (Estimated 2-4 business days).

4. Customs and Import Taxes For orders delivered within the European Union, there are no additional customs duties. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply if ordering from outside the EU. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
5. Missing or Damaged Orders While our rigid envelopes are designed to withstand tough journeys, accidents can occasionally happen during transit.
